Dear Students ,

1). Attached here are feed back forms for the session 2022-23 .

2). There's a form for each professor who taught you in this session i.e. 2022-23.You can fill up one form for each Professor for ex.A student of PCM will fill 10 forms

(twp for Physics,three for Chemistry ,three for Mathematics, one-one for English & Hindi ).

3). This is for all students of B.Sc.,M.Sc.,B.C.A., PGDCA & DCA .
