2.6 Innovative processes adopted by the institution in Teaching and Learning:
1. Group Discussion- by P.G. Students of Botany on subject like Green revolution, G.M. Crop, and
Pollution.
2. ICT and online learning Platforms are being used – By the students all departments.
3. Bird Watching and Biodiversity study – By the student of Zoology Department.
4. Photography competition on Birds species on 23 march 2017 world sparrow day to promote the
conservation of sparrow – By the students of Zoology Department.
5. Activity based fun teaching methods used by faculty of English Department.
6. Nukkad Natak guided by the faculty of English Dept. (Theme was constitutional Rights)
7. Teaching by PG students of Botany, Zoology and Physics Department to UG students.
8. Workshop on Research based pedagogical Tools was organized in department of Physics.
9. Students of PG are prepared for NET and SET exam and other competitive exams by solving old
question paper by all departments.
10. Environment awareness was enhanced through activities like plantations, bird watching, plant
identification and information about extinct species, green house formation, composting.
11. New innovative teaching methodologies like flipped class rooms, experiential learning,
Learning by Teaching.
12. Invited Lectures by esteemed scientists and faculty members of renowned institutions are
organized.
13. Smart phones and online learning platforms are being used as teaching tools.
