5.6 Details of student counselling and career guidance – 02

Mukhyamatri Swavalamban Yojna (MYSY) is initiative taken by CG Govt. To improve placement rates
of fresh college graduates in IT and ITeS Sectors. This was implemented in two phases by CHIPS
(Chhattisgarh infotech promotion society). a state level competence test was organized distinguish
between employable and trainable graduates. It was a great achievement for our college that the highest
number our students were found to be in the employable category in the state. The detail follows -
