            5.13 Major grievances of students (if any) redressed:
            No grievances reported by students in the year 2017-18


            I-   The College has a Grievance Cell which deals with all the reported complaints.
            II- The College has a policy of fast track removal of grievances.

            III-  The  Autonomous  Cell  takes  care  of  grievances  reported  by  students  regarding  question  papers.  It
            forms committees of experts to resolve matters. This year 05 such cases were resolved.

            IV-  In  cases  of  unfair  means  (UFM)  students  are  counselled  for  not  using  UFM  in  future,    and  a

            committee of experts & professors take decisions as per rules.


            Students put their complaints in the Complaint Box in front of the office. This box is regularly opened by
            the  Grievance  Cell  and  grievances  and  complaints  are  redressed  by  the  cell.  The  Principal  regularly
            organizes meetings with the student union, faculty and office staff to sort out problems of individuals.
