The vision of the College is to be acknowledged in the state, in India and also internationally as a coveted destination for quality education and research; with multidimensional growth of student education, scholarly output and constructive contribution to the community consistently meeting standards of excellence.


The mission of the College is to assist in the preservation, creation, updatation on, application and dissemination of knowledge by teaching, research and public service in comprehensive range of disciplines, thereby serving the needs and enhancing the well-being of the citizens in order of priority, Raipur district, the state of Chhattisgarh, India as whole and also the wider world community.

Vision, mission, broad objectives, goal, core values are given in the prospectus. These are publicised largely in the College campus.


  • To provide high quality professional education and training in the state at affordable cost through qualified and experience faculty.
  • To check exodus of students of the state migrating to other states and abroad in search of quality education in Management and IT & other services sector related disciplines and to bridge the existing shortage of such international standard educational & training institutes in the state.
  • To impart the skills required by our growing economy.
  • To integrate technology with academic study.
  • To provide Industry Institute Linkage and Placements with counseling of students by regular industry meets.
  • To maintain transparency, corporate governance, compliance of statutory regulations / norms of statutory bodies & affiliating universities.

  1. Development and application of quality parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the College
  2. Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process;
  3. Collection and analysis of feedback from students, parents, alumni and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes
  4.  Dissemination of information to faculty and students on various quality parameters of higher education
  5. Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
  6. Documentation of the various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement
  7. Act as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-related activities.
  8. Development and maintenance of institutional database for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing the institutional quality
  9. Development of Quality Culture in the institution
  10. Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC and  submition to NAAC
