                           them well aware about present situation and seeking job   

                           opportunities in both industries and academics.

                        2. Teaching them to use their scientific skills for betterment of                                  

                             society.

                        3. To Nurture and promote among them the lesson of integrity and              

                            co- operation.

                        4. To develop scientific practices in day today life.

                        5. To develop certificates in carrier skills needed for success in                

                            work place.

C) SWOC Analysis-

      Strength-

  1. Well experienced as well as young energetic dynamic teachers.
  2. Fifty percent of a faculty involved in research activity.
  3. Well equipped UG labs.
  4. Recognized research center.
  5. Wall academic atmosphere

 

Weakness-

  1. Maximum of students lack knowledge of their respective subjects inspite of their good academic records being belong to rural and remote areas.
  2. Lack of Permanent Faculty for smooth running of department.
  3. Inadequate Number of computers.
  4. No Wi-Fi or intercom facility in the department for teaching as well as

           Research purpose.

  1. Non availability of smart class room for students.
  2. Lack of reference books for PG students.
  3. Need of generator during power shut down.

 

Opportunity-

UGC (CPE) grant for academic growth

Challenges-

  1. To involve all our faculty members in research.
  2. To enhance NET/GATE/UPSC/PSC classes for students.
  3. Some job oriented courses should be added in M.Sc. Syllabus.
