Sports Facilities
 
In order to increase the players ability to play. They are made to improve their skills related to the
choice of their sport, one hour prior to the sport practice for this they are sent to different
playgrounds/institutions for practice according to the various sports for example.
01- For Yoga, the players are sent to nearby Government Sanskrit College, Raipur.
02- For Soft Ball, they are sent to NIS coach of the Department of sports and youth welfare which is locate
near the college.
03- For Badminton. The players are sent to the University badminton hall where the facility of gym is also
available for fitness.
04- For Boxing players are sent to Subhash Stadium, Raipur, where the facility of boxing ring is available.
05- For Squash they are sent to the Squash Court at Balbir Singh Juneja Stadium near Budhatalab Raipur.
06- For Football they players are sent to Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University football ground.
07- For Basketball, Hnadball, Kho-Kho, Table Tennis, made to practice and are given training in the college
sport ground itself. In all these sports approximately 125 to 200 players receive training. In this session so
for 190 students have participated in the inter college competition.
 
Life skill (Yoga Physics Fitness Health & Hygiene)
 
Under life skill players (Students) are sent for Yoga class to Government Sanskrit College, located in
front of the college. Where ever the students practice their sports, the sports officer of that institution take
their Yoga Classes. The boys and girls, both the category students go for regular practice at different times as
decided by the officer. We also discuss in daily life and they are encouraged to maintain cleanliness.
Yoga is practiced after the students have attended their classes in the college from 10:00 AM to
04:30 PM. This is done regularly for five days in a week from Monday to Friday.
